Apem -Report




Apem is a traditional food of the Javanese. This is a kind of sweet cake made of rice flour that is printed above circle-shaped banana leaf, but in other city apem is printed above bowl-shaped mold. This cake is brown and has a good taste. Many people like deliciousness. Many people from out of town come just to buy apem cake and make it as souvenir.This is one of the famous cake in several cities in java, like klaten,comal etc.Apem cake is usually sold at a traditional market.


Apem is a favorite cake that became souvenirs typical in several cities in Java. Comal apem taste made ​​from rice flour and sugar palm. The sweetness is very fitting and not boring sweet taste because its unique sensation, The Javanese call this taste “legit”.
